DESCRIPTION:ONLINE \nEach day of mental health awareness week will be themed with one of the following\, Self – Care and Positive Activities\, managing lived experience and trauma\, self care techniques\, Youth Advocacy in mental health and fighting stigma. Our young leaders\, with the support of EYMH staff\, will be tasked with creating content related to the theme to then post on our social media pages on that specific day. Young leaders can use whatever medium they prefer from Blog writing\, to poem or spoken word\, short form video format or even a song as a creative way to talk on the theme. \n
