SUMMARY:Belonging Matters: From Loneliness to Community Connection
DESCRIPTION:What if mental health wasn’t something we navigate alone but something we build together? \nIn a time when loneliness is increasingly recognised as a public mental health challenge\, this interactive one-hour workshop explores belonging as a vital foundation for wellbeing. Because mental health is not only individual\, it is shaped by our relationships\, communities\, and the environments we live in. \nWhat you’ll explore \n\n– Why belonging is a core human need\n– How loneliness shows up in everyday life\n– Practical ways to navigate isolation and build connection\n– How communities and policymakers can create conditions for belonging\n\n💡 What you’ll take with you \n\n– A deeper understanding of belonging and mental health\n– New perspectives on loneliness\, without stigma\n– Simple\, practical tools to strengthen connection\n– Inspiration to take action in your own community\, whether as an individual\, community member\, or policymaker\n\nThrough reflection\, interaction\, and shared dialogue\, this workshop offers a space to reconnect with yourself and with others. \nBecause mental health doesn’t happen in isolation it grows through connection. \n\n📅 Date: Friday\, 8 May\n🕐 Time: 13:00–14:00 CEST\n🗣️ Language: English\n🌐 Format: Online\n🔗 Registration: https://forms.office.com/e/PKWhWhpwdM\n\n  \nAbout the facilitator \nFacilitated by Anna Koziarska-Bergink \nFounder of AnnPower\, positive psychologist\, and well-being advisor based in the Netherlands.
