This dialogue will encourage young people\, peers\, and families to reflect on the importance of owning one’s story\, fostering empathy\, and building supportive communities. \nAs an educational and awareness-raising tool\, BKS aims to reduce stigma\, promote open conversations around mental health\, and help individuals feel less alone.
