SUMMARY:Let’s CEE! A Youth-Led Movement for Youth Mental Health in Central and Eastern Europe - Launching Event
DESCRIPTION:Let’s CEE is a regional initiative aiming to spotlight and transform the mental health landscape for young people across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). During European Mental Health Week 2025\, we are launching the initiative publicly through a dynamic\, youth-led webinar and social media campaign\, bringing together CEE youth advocates\, professionals\, and policymakers.\nThis event will introduce our mission to establish youth mental health hubs in CEE — culturally sensitive\, accessible spaces that provide integrated and stepped mental health support. We’ll highlight the systemic barriers faced by youth in the region\, present our research findings from consultations with young people\, and launch a call for regional collaboration.\nActivities will include a live webinar with youth speakers\, policy-focused breakout sessions\, and the release of a manifesto advocating for social investment in youth mental health. Our goal is to catalyze a regional conversation on sustainable mental health systems rooted in social justice. \nRegister Now
