BKS – Best Known Secret

The event will feature a screening of the film (or selected excerpts), followed by a participatory discussion led by the protagonists and contributors. This dialogue will encourage young people, peers, and families to reflect on the importance of owning one’s story, fostering empathy, and building supportive communities.

As an educational and awareness-raising tool, BKS aims to reduce stigma, promote open conversations around mental health, and help individuals feel less alone. By centering lived experience and collective participation, the project contributes to a more inclusive and compassionate understanding of mental health.
