About the session

We all need care at some point in our lives. Long-term care systems vary across Europe, but they face common challenges, including the need to support long-term care workers and informal carers.

Drawing on initial findings from the WELL CARE project and their wider experience, our panellists will discuss what can be done to strengthen the mental wellbeing and resilience of these groups, who are essential to delivering care and to the functioning of long-term care systems.
