Stronger Together: Supporting Psychological Resilience and Dignity Through Systems of Care

This conference looks at how systems of care can support psychological resilience and protect human dignity in the context of war and ongoing social change in Europe. It will take place at the Office of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and approach mental health as a matter of human rights and public policy, not just an individual experience.

The event will bring together practitioners, policymakers, and civil society to exchange perspectives on how support systems can respond to long-term crises. It will focus on real challenges around access to care, share practical experience from Ukraine, and open a discussion on how to strengthen community-based and rights-oriented approaches.
