Leadership for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Women’s Leadership two-day workshop by Mental Health Europe, 23-24 June

These workshops will foster dialogue and collaboration to understand better the psychosocial approach and share effective strategies and innovative solutions to advance women’s leadership.  It is taking place in Brussels during the Global Leadership Exchange Week which is a space for mental health leaders to share ideas, knowledge and best practices to help spread innovation and change lives.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

This interactive workshop allows exchanges on the psychosocial model of mental health, starting from Mental Health Europe’s toolkit on the Psychosocial Model of Mental Health, which contains guidelines and good practices linked to the model. The participants are invited to explore the role of Women’s leadership in the process, in a separate breakout session.

By drawing on the experiences and knowledge of participants, this match aims to:

•  Foster dialogue and collaboration among leaders to better understand the psychosocial approach to mental health.
•  Spotlight emerging and evolving mental health practices and develop quality measures in line with the psychosocial approach to mental health.
•  Critique and question current systems in place with the ambition of changing them for the better and facilitating for widespread adoption of the psychosocial model best practices across different sectors globally.
•  Share effective strategies and innovative solutions to advance women’s leadership in the transition towards a psychosocial approach

This event will take place in Brussels during the Global Leadership Exchange Week which is a space for mental health leaders to share ideas, knowledge and best practices to help spread innovation and change lives.
