IMPORTANT: After you purchase your ticket, you will find the link to register with the team on your ticket confirmation. Do not forget to complete this second step and enter your data in the portal.

About mental health and physical exercise

Physical exercise is proven to have a positive effect on our mental health and to reduce stress levels. The length or intensity of the physical activity is not that important – even small amounts of exercise a day can visibly improve your mental health. A 10-minute walk or 5-minute stretching session is a great way to start building sustainable habits that support good mental health.
