Breathing Through Change: Mental Wellbeing at Work

May 6 @ 11 h 30 min - 12 h 15 min

Breathing Through Change: Mental Wellbeing at Work is a live free online workshop exploring the connection between stress, breath, and mental wellbeing in the context of changing work life.

As many people across Europe navigate increasing digital demands, uncertainty, constant connectivity, and pressure to perform, stress can become a persistent background state that affects focus, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing. This session offers an accessible, evidence-informed introduction to how breathing patterns influence the nervous system, and how simple breathing practices can support moments of overwhelm, tension, and mental fatigue during the workday.

The workshop will combine a short educational segment with guided practical exercises that participants can immediately apply in everyday life and work settings. Rather than presenting mental wellbeing as an individual responsibility alone, the session also opens reflection on how workplace culture, pace, and social environments shape how people feel and function.

The goal is to offer a practical, inclusive, and low-barrier experience that helps participants better understand stress, feel more connected to their bodies, and leave with tools they can use in a sustainable way.

This event is open to the public and suitable for professionals, teams, and anyone interested in accessible approaches to mental wellbeing.
