Finding What Works: Mental Health Best Practices in Europe
As part of European Mental Health Week 2026, GAMIAN-Europe invites you to join an interactive webinar exploring how communities across Europe are responding to mental health challenges through innovative, community-based practices.
During this session, some GAMIAN-Europe member organisations will present their best practices, sharing real-life examples of how they are addressing mental health needs within their communities. These insights will highlight diverse, practical approaches that can inspire action and adaptation across different contexts.
The webinar will:
- – Showcase real-world examples and their impacts
- – Highlight practical insights for implementation
- – Explore adaptation strategies to different contexts
- – Encourage cross-border learning and exchange
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- – Learn from real, scalable mental health initiatives
- – Reflect on the needs of their own communities
- – Engage with a network of organisations working to improve mental health across Europe
This session is open to NGOs, mental health advocates, community leaders, policymakers, and anyone interested in strengthening mental health support at the local level.
Webinar participants will also be the first to access GAMIAN-Europe’s new interactive quiz, developed for European Mental Health Week 2026.
Based on best practices submitted by our member organisations, this quiz helps users discover which community-led mental health initiative best fits their local context. It will serve as an engaging tool to promote scalable, impactful approaches across Europe.
