We at Growth@Care are passionate caregivers, who support the mental well-being of individuals, teams, and organisations. We achieve this by offering personal, reliable, and high-quality tailor-made care and guidance. Our credo ‘We take care of people, as there is no health without mental health’, guides us in all our company actions. One by one we are driven by the mission to help people.

What are your main activities?

For individuals

• individual, therapeutic counselling focused on various life domains
• career counselling
• training

For organisations

• We act as Human Resources partner for our clients for their:
  • recruitment and selection activities
  • temporary staffing assignments
  • project outsourcing activities (advisory services)
• We act as partner in psychosocial well-being for organisations;
  • by introducing mental health care as a pillar of an integral, participatory organizational policy
  • by offering group training, psycho-education, supervision, intervision, reintegration, awareness-raising campaigns, policymaking, aftercare trajectories, tailor-made programs

What are your main priorities?

We would like to contribute to meaningful dialogues and thus help build and shape the mental health landscape in Europe.
