European Mental Health Week 2026 – Full Programme
Across Europe, a movement is coming together for mental health.
From local communities to European institutions, people are joining forces to place mental health at the centre of the conversation. This year, European Mental Health Week features over 35 events taking place across more than 20 locations in Europe and beyond, each one contributing to a growing and collective effort.
From powerful discussions and creative expression to community-led initiatives and policy dialogues, these events reflect the many ways change is being driven in different contexts. Different voices, different experiences — but a shared purpose: to build a Europe where mental health is prioritised, understood, and supported.
Because change doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when we come together — Stronger Together.
